This Kriya Yoga Initiation Ceremony is a 2-day program of teaching, reviewing and practicing the Kriya technique. Lunch is provided on both days.

Time: Saturday 31st October, 8:00am-5:00pm - Initiation ceremony, teaching of technique, guided meditation; and Sunday 1st November, 8:30am-1:30pm - Technique review, Q&A, two guided meditations
