Day One: 27 July
Guru Purnima was celebrated at the ashram on the morning of 27 July, with the traditional Guru Paduka Puja, bhajans and a special meditation followed by prasad.
Day Two: 28 July
Guru Purmina celebrations were held on 28 July at the Pymble United Church. A nice gathering of disciples attended the program. The program began with a peace invocation by the Kriya teachers. A brief introduction and update on the progress of construction work was given by Satya Baba. Inspiring and interesting discourses were then given by the teachers about the significance of the guru on the path of spirituality and the qualities to be inculcated by the disciple, to be able to imbibe the knowledge imparted by the guru. The guided meditation that followed began with the sweet voice of Gurudev and continued with the love-filled voice of Guruji leaving everyone very inspired and contemplative.
Day Three: 29 July
On Sunday 29 July, the celebration continued with the weekly discourse focused on Guru Purnima, followed by a special guided meditation. It was nice to have disciples from Brisbane and Canberra who happened to be in Sydney to attend the Sunday program.
